Grout sealing is an excellent preventive measure that can protect against a variety of concerns that may emerge. Such as efflorescence, oils, grime, and dirt. We provide color sealing to fit any desired look or pattern, as well as clear sealing.

Efflorescence may form on cementitious materials. Grout is both cementitious and porous. Efflorescence is a build-up of salts that are trapped within the grout. The salts can begin to rise out of the grout and appear as white, hazy, or chalky lines on the grout. Using water to clean the grout lines is an easy temporary repair. However, this will simply contribute to the accumulation of efflorescence. At Guardian Surface Pros, we not only clean the grout the right way but also seal it to avoid further efflorescence.
